The international break curse has struck in untimely fashion for Wolves, with two of the club’s most important attacking players nursing fresh injuries. Midfielder Jordan James returned from Wales duty with a minor foot issue, while Spanish Under-21 star Fer Lopez has a slight knee problem.

“They are not 100 per cent, I don’t play mind games,” said Cesar Peixoto. “They have pain, a little pain through their training, but I have to think and talk with them until the last moments to see if it is better for the team that they play in this game, or they don't play. And because we have three games in a row this week, the next week is the same.
