"We were the better team": Head coach laments Wolves' inability to hold onto the lead at Wrexham

Adam Armstrong’s tidy finish in the 25th minute gave Wolves a short lived lead, when Lewis O’Brien’s header flashed past a hesitant Jose Sa two minutes later. Nevertheless, Cesar Peixoto’s side extended their unbeaten run to six games with a point on the road.
“I’m not satisfied because I think we deserved the three points,” the head coach said. “We were the better team over the 90 minutes, and we dominated the game. We had more possession, more shots on target, more shots off target, more corners, more of everything.
“They had two shots on target and scored a goal, so I believe we deserved the three points, but the lads did an amazing job. I think we played a great game because we dominated in a difficult place to play. Middlesbrough lost here in their last game, but I think today we did enough to win.
