A lot can change in a week. The arrival of Jordan James has provided another boost to Wolves’ promotion hopes, but injuries to Yerson Mosquera and Kieran Trippier have tempered that progress, leaving Cesar Peixoto with fresh selection dilemmas to contend with ahead of the trip to Deepdale.
With Dan Bentley’s departure to Premier League side Coventry City confirmed by the club on Friday morning, Peixoto today revealed that Sa is the preferred option for tomorrow’s fixture.
“Jose Sa is going to play tomorrow,” Peixoto said. “We accepted the offer for Bentley and wish him the best of luck. He stayed with us and worked hard for his opportunity and Sa came from the World Cup with an injury. We need to find one more solution for the goalkeeper but tomorrow we will play Sa.
