Cesar Peixoto was delighted with Wolves’ comeback victory after his side earned three successive wins in the Championship for the first time of his tenure. Scott Twine’s fantastic set-piece effort in the first-half gave Bristol City the lead before Sean Neave netted his first two goals in senior football to complete a late and dramatic comeback.

“I think we deserved the win," Peixoto said. “We were the better team on the pitch. Before we conceded, we created a lot of chances from crosses and put a lot of players inside the box. But we took too long to finish the moves and get shots on target. Sometimes, when we crossed, we didn’t attack the ball at the right moment.
