Double injury boost: Trippier and Armstrong back in Wolves' plans for the weekend
23.10.26, 14:39
The Wolves head coach is hoping for a big response from his side after a disappointing draw in midweek, with struggling Watford travelling to Molineux on Saturday.
“I try to be as honest as possible,” Peixoto said. “I view the game differently to supporters and because of that I am the head coach. In the first 45 minutes we didn't create with the courage we normally do. It was an unfair result for me, they had one shot on target and they scored.
“We controlled the game, we controlled the ball, we created more chances but we didn’t attack the spaces, it’s different. We didn’t have the right mobility to attack the spaces in the right moment, we can do better. We didn’t do things in the right moments and have the right mobility to attack the spaces and that is what I have worked on with the team.”
