Trick or treat? Two quickfire goals from Fer Lopez and Adam Armstrong in the opening 20 minutes and a clinical header from Ladislav Krejci in the 58th minute delivered all the sweets that Wolves craved.

“It was important for us,” Cesar Peixoto said. “I talked with the players before the game. In the last game we created chances and didn't score and had to be clinical. We worked during the week and we were more clinical. In the first half we played very well and scored two goals.

“In the first five minutes of the second half it was more balanced, we changed things with the high pressure and scored the third goal. Then we changed the players to manage the minutes because we have a game in the middle of the week.
