Cesar Peixoto has spoken passionately about how important the atmosphere can be at Molineux and how it can affect players’ performances, insisting that opposition coaches use any negativity from the stands as a tactic to try and gain an advantage when visiting the Black Country.

“I understand everything,” the head coach said. “I think it is normal. When we don’t win the supporters are angry and frustrated, for sure, just like we are as a club, the technical staff and the players.

“All of us are frustrated because of that and we have to do better and try to win our home games. We want our home as a fortress. We started with a draw [against Blackburn Rovers] but after that we won two or three times in our home.
